Almost half of all women in the United States have experienced some form of sexual violence in their lifetime. That's over 50 million women! This is a widespread and serious issue, but it can be prevented.
Less than 1% of women in the United States have the knowledge of self defense or training in Martial Arts.
Research shows that women who participate in self-defense training are less likely to experience sexual assault and are more confident in their ability to effectively resist assault than similar women who have not taken such a class.
Offering a FREE 2 hour self-defense seminar for the women in our community!

Meet Mila, a pediatric occupational therapist, brain health and mind coach, and neuro-performance enhancement specialist who has found her calling in helping Artistry Martial students prevent injuries and enhance their skill sets through the use of functional neurology and sensory integration.
Mila's passion for martial arts started from her personal experiences while growing up in Moldova. Being bullied on numerous occasions, Mila had to defend herself without any formal training available. She learned self-defense from movies and techniques shown by male teens, which later motivated her to pursue martial arts and improve her skills. The importance of knowledge of self-defense resonated even stronger when her daughter was assaulted by a bully at school, which made her realize the importance of personal safety, self-defense, and confidence in young women.
